Stephanie Johnson, a native Washingtonian, has been living and
loving the sport of tennis for over 20 years. She began playing
tennis while living in Ward 7 with her parents and older brother. She credits the
Washington Tennis & Education Foundation (WTEF) on 16th and Kennedy
Streets, NW, for influencing her game. "I grew up in their program.
I was in their summer camp and as I got older, I was able to teach."
